Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any consultation service offered by BhummiVastu.

1. About BhummiVastu

BhummiVastu is a Vastu Shastra and Vedic Astrology consultancy operated by Vastu Acharya Minu Saini, based at Pruksa Silvana, Budigere Cross, Off Old Madras Road, Bangalore East Tq. – 560049, Karnataka, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a consultation enquiry, making a payment, or attending any consultation session (online or offline) with BhummiVastu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or engage any service from BhummiVastu.

BhummiVastu consultations are available to adults only. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to book or attend any consultation, and BhummiVastu reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking where this condition is not met.

3. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimer

BhummiVastu provides consultations in Vastu Shastra and Vedic Astrology. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

3.1 Advisory Nature of Consultations

All guidance, analysis, recommendations, predictions, remedies, and advice provided during any BhummiVastu consultation — whether through Vastu analysis, birth chart reading, Prashna Kundali, or any other modality — are advisory in nature only. They represent one of many possible interpretations based on the principles of Vastu Shastra and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) as understood and practised by Acharya Minu Saini.

3.2 Multiple Paths of Possibility

Astrology and Vastu operate on the understanding that life is shaped by a combination of planetary influences, spatial energies, personal choices, karma, and individual free will. Any prediction, remedy, or outcome shared during a consultation represents a possible path — not a guaranteed outcome. The actual trajectory of events depends significantly on the choices, actions, karma, and conduct of the individual client.

3.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes

BhummiVastu and Acharya Minu Saini make no warranty, representation, or guarantee — express or implied — that any specific outcome, prediction, or result will be achieved as a result of following the advice, remedies, or recommendations given during a consultation.

3.4 Client Responsibility for Implementation

The effectiveness of Vastu corrections, astrological remedies, gemstone recommendations, ritual practices, and spiritual guidelines shared during a consultation depends entirely on the client’s willingness, sincerity, and ability to follow through on the advised course of action. BhummiVastu shall not be held responsible for outcomes — positive or negative — arising from a client’s partial, incorrect, or non-implementation of the advice provided.

3.5 No Liability for Unfulfilled Predictions

Acharya Minu Saini and BhummiVastu shall bear no liability whatsoever for predictions or outcomes that do not manifest as discussed if the client has:

  • Failed to follow the prescribed remedies, rituals, or lifestyle changes;
  • Not maintained the righteous conduct, intent, or ethical behaviour recommended as part of the consultation;
  • Deviated from the remedial actions or timelines suggested;
  • Chosen not to implement the Vastu corrections or astrological remedies advised.

It is expressly understood by the client that consultations are spiritual and advisory in nature, and that results are co-created through the effort and sincere follow-through of the client.

By booking a consultation with BhummiVastu — whether via the website contact form, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel — you voluntarily and explicitly consent to sharing personal information including, but not limited to, your full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, contact details, address, property/business details, and any other information relevant to the nature of the consultation requested.

4.2 Purpose of Information

The personal information you provide is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the specific consultation service you have requested. It will be used to prepare your analysis, schedule your session, communicate with you regarding your booking, and provide follow-up support as included in your chosen consultation package.

4.3 Sensitive Astrological Data

You acknowledge that birth date, time, and place constitute sensitive personal data used for astrological analysis. You share this information willingly and for the express purpose of receiving the consultation. BhummiVastu treats this data with strict confidentiality and will not share it with any third party without your explicit consent.

5. Consultation Fees and Payments

  • Consultation fees are as listed on the Pricing page at the time of booking. Fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking, as communicated at the time of scheduling.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where BhummiVastu cancels or is unable to deliver the booked session. In such cases, the client will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund at BhummiVastu’s discretion.
  • Sessions missed, cancelled, or rescheduled by the client within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may forfeit the consultation fee.

6. Consultation Medium

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet, or offline / in-person for clients in the Bangalore area, as agreed at the time of booking. BhummiVastu reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to technical difficulties, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • BhummiVastu and Acharya Minu Saini shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to any consultation, advice, prediction, remedy, or recommendation provided.
  • BhummiVastu’s total liability to any client, for any reason, shall not exceed the consultation fee actually paid by that client for the specific session in question.
  • Consultations are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Clients with serious health, legal, or financial concerns are strongly advised to seek qualified professional advice in those respective fields.

8. Use of Consultation Content for Educational Purposes

8.1 Right to Use Anonymised Excerpts

Acharya Minu Saini reserves the right to use anonymised excerpts, themes, patterns, or scenarios drawn from consultation discussions for educational and awareness purposes — including but not limited to blog articles, vlogs, social media posts, video content, podcast discussions, case studies, and print or digital publications produced under the BhummiVastu brand.

8.2 Strict Anonymisation Commitment

Any content derived from a consultation will be made sufficiently generic so that it functions as an educational case study illustrating Vastu or astrological principles. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the client’s name, address, contact details, employer, specific property location, or any other detail that could identify the individual.

8.3 Similarity is Coincidental

Clients acknowledge that published blog posts, vlogs, or case studies may bear thematic similarity to their own consultation — as many clients share common life situations and challenges. Such similarity does not constitute a breach of confidentiality. All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that content is generic, educational, and free of any identifying context.

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and consent to the above use of anonymised, non-identifying consultation themes for educational content creation. If you have specific concerns about confidentiality, you are welcome to raise them with Acharya Minu Saini before or at the start of your session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, service descriptions, blog posts, video content, the BhummiVastu name, logo, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of BhummiVastu and Acharya Minu Saini. All rights are reserved.

  • No reproduction without permission: No part of this website’s content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means — digital or print — without the prior written permission of Acharya Minu Saini.
  • No commercial use: The content on this website may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or derivative works without explicit written consent.
  • Consultation reports: Vastu analysis reports, birth chart readings, and written recommendations delivered to clients are for the client’s personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared publicly, or commercially exploited.
  • Infringement: Unauthorised use of BhummiVastu’s intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of BhummiVastu services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion and informal mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

BhummiVastu reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
